Driven by the belief that every individual deserves hope and opportunity, Wellspring Circle provides compassionate aid and effective strategies for growth, empowering disabled adults to overcome challenges and thrive.
Our Vision
Wellspring Circle envisions a future where everyone has an equal opportunity to
succeed; where people with disabilities can access opportunity and fully participate in
their communities; where vulnerable individuals and families have the resources and
support they need; and where all are supported as they navigate life’s challenges and
positively direct their lives.
Our Approach
Our programs are designed to support person-centered planning initiatives for adults at all stages of life. Each program model customizes the daily schedule and offerings based on the interests of the participants. Each participant and their advocates play an active role in the types of activities in which they participate, how much of the person’s day is spent in the community, and how much is spent in the program. Our team will formulate a customized care plan based on each client’s acuity level and service needs. Our activities offer variety and choice, emphasize community experiences, and focus on small groups and individual interactions and experiences.
At Wellspring Circle, every individual is celebrated for their unique abilities, and we are committed to providing personalized support and opportunities for meaningful enrichment.
Our History
Ben and Gitty, deeply moved by their parents’ dedication to supporting individuals with special needs, felt a calling to continue this legacy in their own way. They envisioned creating a day habilitation center that would serve as a beacon of hope and support for the community, offering a nurturing environment where individuals with special needs could flourish.
With a clear vision in mind, Ben and Gitty began the meticulous process of planning and preparation for their day habilitation center. They spent months researching best practices, attending workshops, and consulting with experts in the field to ensure that they were equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to make their center a success.
As they worked tirelessly behind the scenes, they encountered numerous challenges and obstacles along the way. From securing funding and finding a suitable location to navigating regulatory requirements and assembling a qualified team, the journey was fraught with hurdles. But Ben and Gitty remained undeterred, fueled by their passion and determination to make a difference.
Finally, as the pieces begin to fall into place, with the support of their family, friends, and community, Ben and Gitty are thrilled to announce that Wellspring Circle is scheduled to open in late 2024. It is a momentous occasion, marking the culmination of their shared vision and the beginning of a new chapter in their journey to support individuals with special needs.
As the opening date draws near, Ben and Gitty feel a mix of excitement and anticipation. They are eager to welcome individuals and families into their center and provide them with the care, support, and opportunities they deserve. With each passing day, their excitement grows, knowing that they are on the brink of making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
